I’ve had a wonderful experience with the leasing office team. Olivia and Bobby have both been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and approachable. Olivia, always goes the extra mile to explain everything from a customer’s perspective and really takes the time to understand individual needs, which makes the whole process much smoother and more comfortable.

They also do a fantastic job organizing community events with thoughtful and creative ideas. For example, the Earth Day event with the... succulent addition was such a unique and enjoyable touch—it really shows how much they care about building a sense of community.

The maintenance team is equally impressive—responsive, efficient, and reliable, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living.

I’ve had a really great experience living here so far. The apartment itself is high quality with beautiful finishes—everything feels modern, well-built, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell it’s a newer development, and it really shows in the details.
