Clown town
The oven in the unit has been broken since before Easter. Despite being told it was repaired, it still does not work, raising concerns about the accuracy of maintenance reporting.
There have also been repeated issues getting basic lease information, including prorated rent for move-out planning. Requests have gone unanswered or unresolved, and no written confirmation has been provided despite multiple attempts.
Communication from the leasing office is consistently unreliable—calls go... unanswered, messages are not returned, and the office is often unavailable during posted hours.
Overall, there is a clear pattern of poor communication, lack of follow-through, and delayed maintenance resolution. Residents should expect better.
