Their new management leaves something to be desired. When my AC went out(from their incorrect previous repairs per their own maintenance man), they brought an incredibly unsafe rigged unit with a dryer vent drilled to the back. It’s as ineffective as it is unsafe. When I raised concerns with the manager Nikki, I was told I was “entitled to my feelings”, but she couldn’t do anything to help me. She essentially said I should be thankful since maintenance handled my issues quicker than most other... tenants. I also have heart issues and can’t tolerate the heat, but she again told me to pound sand in not so many words. When I told her that I would like to let the correct governmental bodies know about how unsafe this is, she said, I should feel free to contact the city of Dublin. I’m escalating to her superior, but the way Nikki spoke to me was rude and unprofessional. I’m appalled. Would anyone else want this unsafe contraption in their home? All of the other reviews regarding the slow maintenance, the horrible buildup of trash, icy conditions at the exit in the winter, it’s all true. They’ve let this place fall apart. I’ve lived here for a year and a half and don’t plan to renew mostly based on how management talked to me today. It’s way too much money to spend to be treated poorly. The oven in the unit has been broken since before Easter. Despite being told it was repaired, it still does not work, raising concerns about the accuracy of maintenance reporting.

There have also been repeated issues getting basic lease information, including prorated rent for move-out planning. Requests have gone unanswered or unresolved, and no written confirmation has been provided despite multiple attempts.

Communication from the leasing office is consistently unreliable—calls go... unanswered, messages are not returned, and the office is often unavailable during posted hours.

A week after moving in, maintenance entered without notice, didn’t fix listed issues, and my cat escaped. We received the wrong mailbox key, faced a broken trash compactor, and waited over a month for a leaking tub repair—leaving us without reliable hot water. Ice at the exit is dangerous. Management has been unresponsive.

I have been living here for about a year, and unfortunately my experience with management and maintenance has been consistently disappointing.
Maintenance and leasing requests are rarely addressed in a timely manner. In many cases, it takes more than a week just to receive a response. Many times, service requests were marked as “resolved” without any actual inspection or repair. The maintenance team often closes requests without even visiting the apartment to assess the issue.
There is a clear... lack of accountability and follow through. Issues are acknowledged on paper but not addressed in practice, which makes it frustrating to rely on management for basic upkeep.

Winter maintenance is another major concern. After snowfall, the parking lot is not cleared at all, and residents are often left struggling to find parking. It appears that management waits for the snow to melt on its own rather than taking responsibility for snow removal.
Given the high rent, the level of service and facilities provided is the worst. If you value responsiveness, accountability, and peace of mind, I would strongly recommend considering other options before renting here. Read More

This is the worst complex I have ever lived in. Management are the worst people I have ever dealt with and don't know how they still have a job. Don't expect maintenance to help with anything either and when you complain you will be told that you are harassing them. They go against your lease which has now made me get a lawyer. Save your time, money, and health and don't even look here.
