Fairway Lakes

I am extremely disappointed with the way this apartment complex has handled my maintenance request. I have been without a properly functioning air conditioner for over a month, despite reporting the issue multiple times.

I have gone to the leasing office in person on several occasions, but instead of receiving answers or a resolution, I have been met with poor communication. The office staff has refused to connect me with the property manager, and no one has taken responsibility or provided a... clear timeline for the repair.

I have always paid my rent on time and expect the same level of responsibility from management when it comes to maintaining the property. Ohio law requires landlords to address essential maintenance issues within a reasonable time after receiving notice, and waiting more than a month for an air conditioning repair is unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this apartment complex. I hope management improves its communication, accountability, and responsiveness so that other residents do not have to go through the same situation. Read More

Marquis was fantastic, informative, friendly, but most importantly, had the most immaculate vibes. This guy was glowing the entire tour showing us the community and spaces. 10/10 recommend both Marquis and the Fairway Lakes community! Great spot, greet spaces, great prices and an incredibly friendly, competent staff!

I have lived here a few months now and the staff is super nice, especially Melinda in the office. I remember how well the initial tour prepared me for what I should continue to expect... people being nice.

This is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived. Maintenance crew unlawfully entered my apartment without permission while I was in my pajamas and stood there and argued with me as to whether or not he should be there. He argued with me for about 3-4 minutes before he finally left. I later called management and they said “oops he got the wrong apartment.” No apology or anything. He never even knocked or acknowledged himself. This is was the first but not last time that happened.
They also raised... my rent $330 from one lease to the next. And they let me know this while I was on vacation in Greece, after I told them I would be out of the country and unavailable. They constantly blew up my phone and e-mail about me renewing my lease, even after I asked them to contact me later as I was in vacation overseas.

They also hide about what you will pay. You cannot have just internet. You must have internet and cable…add $130 to your rent. $50 for trash?? $10 per month for pest control? Last time pest control helped me they left a sticky trap on my bed pillow and called my cat a “large rodent”That’s absolutely disgusting.
