There is no working ac or heat. They won’t fix ac until April so god forbid it’s hot before then like this coming Sunday. Without a ticket being worked mysteriously and consistently it is checked as complete. once could be a mistake twice really questions honesty and integrity. I was told with first report we’ll get it tomorrow. It was rainy thermometers apparently they purchased do not work in the rain. Yes that was the excuse. Plenty of sunny days since then but still no work. Then... the ticket closed as though magically checking the box fix d the issue (it did not) new ticket. Oh yes this week. Again ticket checked complete as if this time it was magically repaired by clicking a box. Today I’m told some time in April…. Let that sink in 7-8 weeks for an ac / heating repair. I wish I would have listened to the reviews, but you live and learn I guess. Cockroach issue is extremely insane, especially for me to live an extremely clean lifestyle! Very uncomfortable. Had safety issues and maintenance concerns since I moved in and most are still not taken care of. Leasing Agents fail to communicate which results you into paying more than what you expected. Which, during a worldly financial crisis, for a single person, thats very unfortunate and there has been no... accommodation in solving it. This apartment has a serious cockroach problem. I’ve been living here for 7 months, and although they send pest control at least twice a month, nothing ever changes. Every time I go to the administration, they just schedule another treatment — which I already know won’t help. And every time, I have to pack up all my things and leave the apartment for at least 3 hours. I’m exhausted and honestly hate living here. I’m just waiting for our contract to end, and I will never come back to this place... again. Read More

We have lived here for 4 years and finally moving out. Its not been great since birge&held took over 2/3 years ago. we lost our amenities in 2020 and the'yve offered nothing in replace of that but continue to jack up rent prices. There was a cheap renovation done a couple years ago and it has not held up well at all, countertops and painted cabinets chipping. Maintence never comes in a timely manner.. theres hardly ever anybody at the office it feels like they are extremely difficult to... communicate with. kids are constantly running around the stairs and property without supervision. trash is always everywhere.. you can spend your money elsewhere to actually make it worth what you are paying for rent. When I first moved to this community in 2019, I loved it. Management was fantastic, maintenance responded quickly, my neighbors were great.... And then the property was bought by another company. Prices sky rocketed while we lost amenities. Management is unreachable; the majority of the time when you call, you get a busy signal because they only have one line in the office, and by their own admission, they don't see emails sent through the resident portal because "only some of them even have... access". The focus entirely shifted to what's cheapest with zero regard for quality. The "renovations" took three times the amount of time they were supposed to, and the resurfaced counters were already wearing off within the first year. They hired the cheapest trash company they could, which turned into trash not getting picked up for weeks at a time because the trash company was short staffed, which led to RATS by the dumpster. Which led to residents getting an additional "pest control fee" added to their monthly costs because somehow it was our fault. The last month I was there, I filled out 3 maintenance requests for a leak in the closet where the furnace and water heater are because no one bothered to come check it out, even when the third request specifically told them there was black mold growing.
