I love my apartment space that I have. Area very safe, personnel very friendly, and attentive to my needs at all times. the area is beautiful, well kept landscaping. The pool and recreation area are my favorite places.

My husband and I have lived at Cortland Northlake for about a year now. We absolutely love it! We were pretty picky about finding an apartment that felt clean, good quality, and beautiful. This apartment has all of those things! The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the maintenance team is very quick and attentive! We’ve hardly had issues with bugs (other than a few small spiders/roly-poly’s in the summer time) because of the effective regular pest treatments. We love this quiet, beautiful... community and hope to stay for quite a while!
