I’ve lived here for about 2 1/2 years and very much love everything about mResidences. The property is managed well and this team is consistently working to make those who live here feel like a small community. The apartments are very trendy with the cement floors and magnetic backsplashes. The area could not be better for great food and cute shops to walk to. I love it here!

I moved because this place was only marginally more expensive than my previous apartment which had NONE of the amenities. I've already enjoyed the beautiful view from the rooftop with the firepit. So excited about in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, a walk-in closet, the gym, potential game nights on the roof, and more! And the leasing team did so much to make me feel welcome right away. I immediately felt at home here, and never want to leave!
