Current resident of this utter hell hole. Should've known day one that we were in for a nightmare situation. Unit was a filthy disaster the day we moved in and took a week for anyone to address any of those issues. Washing machine had to be replaced (again took a week) and when that finally happened they flooded our apartment. We've totally given up on our closet doors that keep falling off because they don't care enough to replace the track. And most recently, we have been forced to throw away... everything in our fridge because they don't any interest in fixing that either. This place is an absolute joke and no one should waste their time or money here. There's nothing luxury about it. It's a Motel 6 with big windows. From the maintenance team, to the leasing office, to property management it is a complete clown show. Total neglect to make any effort to fix anything, bi-weekly water shutoffs. Apartment come with mouse and mold and it took 4months to get rid of both

Do not move here! Moved out and they sent my security deposit to someone else. After waiting 2 months for them to resolve the issue. They then tried to tell me I moved out 10 days after the end of my lease. Which is completely false. Company is completely disorganized and unprofessional.

This apartment looks great from the outside, but after living here, there have been many issues recently. Mice in our apartment, plumbing issues that often cause the water to be turned off for hours at a time, there was even some roof work done that caused a small fire in our apartment and we had to be relocated for a month and the fire damaged our property. ALSO the leasing office has not honored 2 referral credits that i earned after referring some friends here (before i knew of all the... issues). They are asking for proof of referral when it is their responsibility to keep and are not giving credit when they owe me $1000. The property has a severe mice infestation throughout their building. The staff and maintenance team acted negligently and incompetently towards the issue and tried to put a band-aid on the problem instead of truly fixing the poor quality of their building. It was so bad that the leasing office was mad at me for hiring an outside exterminator (that I paid for) because there were 4 mice in my apartment in less than 10 days. I was only there for about 3.5 months before moving due to the stress of... having mice as roommates!
