Everything has been great since move in, everyone is very nice! Very clean, good amenities, great staff. The gym is solid and offers equipment for a workout!

Great place to live, beautiful homes in a beautiful area that is close to restaurants and shopping centers,
parks and playgrounds. Great schools, library is close by. The facility is well taken care of.

Great location. Parc needs to install security cameras at entrance way and throughout the building. Also, building 4000 has a hole in the entrance way where water is leaking. This is an ongoing issue for months, concerned about someone falling and mold. The interior needs updating, a lot of areas are in need of repair. A lot of spackle jobs started for months but never finished. Carpet is dirty and old throughout building.

Way too expensive. Way too many rules. Package situation is ridiculous. One small room for all buildings doesn’t work at all. Constantly no receiving emails when packages arrive then your left wondering if it arrived or not and if so where is it?!
