Edgewater Apartments

We have lived at Edgewater for 13 years and have been incredibly happy. The building is perfectly located - great highway access and parking. There is ample. Community space. Fenced in green space, 2 dog park, outdoor rooftop space, numerous grills with seating. We have had such wonderful neighbors over the years. People are friendly and the activities that Edgewater hosts promote getting to know one another. Pool parties, ice cream trucks, yappy hour for the pet lovers, water slides and... Santa visits for the kiddos, as well as resident driven spontaneous get together for sports games in the community rooms. The apartments have plenty of of space and are surprisingly quiet (Edgewater 1 is where we live). We are very happy and would highly recommend this building. Read More

Our experience at Edgewater has been nothing but positive. It is so rare to find a place where the management, maintenance, location, and shared spaces are all top notch.

Great place to live. Has very good access to all of Center City. Only downside can be periodic noise from CSX trains or trains blocking access to river path.

So far it’s been amazing! Edgewater is such a welcoming community and the leasing office is responsive and kind. We moved in to a spotless apartment and we are so excited to live here

This is the best place I've ever lived. The apartment is beautiful, the windows give such good isolation I feel on the suburbs, and the facilities are amazing! We have such a great time at the roof top, barbecuing beside the pool, at the garden and with the pool table that it feels like you can really relax after a day of work. Loving living here!
