We are so happy with our experience at the Maybrook! It has everything we could want in an apartment complex, especially the outdoor spaces. It is a great community and our dog loves it, too!

Greystar has done a better job than the previous mgt. There are still some issues
like the fire alarm system and the power going off too often. Plus the garage
leaking every time it rains. Residents pay to park in the garage which isn't really
acting like a garage. Dirty walls or damaged walls are still an issue.

Thank you for your feedback and for recognizing the improvements since the management transition. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Regarding the fire alarm system, the alarms are triggered by actual system... notifications to ensure the safety of residents and the building. While they can sometimes be inconvenient, they are an important part of maintaining a safe community. As for power outages, our community spans approximately 36 acres and during severe wind or rain storms power interruptions can occasionally occur, unfortunately this is outside of management’s control. We appreciate you bringing the garage to our attention, our team will review your concerns to determine what improvements can be made. Thank you again for your feedback as we continue working to improve the community.

I have enjoyed living here. The management is lovely and the front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. It's a very warm community with a lot to do! Best of all, easy access to the city with a short walk to the train!
