Neighborhood is quiet you can actually hear the birds talking. Grounds are kept up looking presentable. Maintenance comes when needed.
My only complaint is for the folks that don't clean up their dog's poop especially on the sidewalk.

It’s been 3 years and I still love it here.
It’s quiet, the amenities are great and it’s close to both 95 and 495. Located in the cute little town of Bellefonte where there are shops, a cafe and antique stores.
