What keeps me staying at Village of Fox Point are multiple reasons such as the grounds are well kept, maintenance shows up within 24hrs or even sooner when there is an emergency, the gym, dog park and the pool are great amenities that are rare for one complex community. Trash service and having recycling on site are conveniences.

I moved here from another state, so the anxiety was real. But everything from June in Sales as well as Amanda to the maintenance staff putting final touches on some items the experience has been refreshing. Very small town feel, and quiet. Airport is only 20 minutes away and you can drive into Philly or Christiana to shop or dine. I am so happy with my choice to move here
