I love Lofts 640, I love the history of the building and the building is well maintained, I love that it still has character and personality. The amenities are great! Just wish the Jacuzzi would reopen, I miss it! Maintenance is responsive and is available for lockouts 24/7 as long as youre willing to wait two hours. I love my apartment, the view of the city is everything to me! the big window let in so much light I barely have to turn on my lights. Whenever I have had an issue paying rent... management has alway had some flexibility when I explain to them the circumstance and I am always grateful for that. I try not to need the grace often but it nice to know that my housing is still secure during rough times, especially in this economy where there can be a lot of uncertainty. Forever grateful to Lofts 640! Hope to continue to live here for a while! :)
