Welcome to this very tiny house at Belmont Park! This camper/RV has been converted into a tiny house in Cranston/Warwick's Belmont Park area. Feel at home in this accommodation that is ideal for 1-2 guests.
This tiny home camper is equipped with a full-sized bed, a tiny kitchenette/coffee station area, a tiny hand sink, and a wet bath combination with a camping-style toilet and shower combination. It also includes high-speed Wi-Fi and a Roku smart TV. A small fire pit with 1 table and 2 chairs is available outside of the tiny home.
This camper is located on the host's property in the front yard area. Parking is on the street under the tree next to the tiny home. This is a minimalism-style accommodation, very similar to camping. It's conveniently located 5 minutes from the airport and I-95 and 10 minutes from downtown Providence.
There is a 10-gallon water tank for the tiny home, and running water is only accessible when temperatures are above freezing. Please use water conservatively. A space heater is provided to heat the camper; please do not plug in another large heater, as it will trip the breaker to the main home on the property. Housekeeping and maintenance operate between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Requests made outside these hours will require a work order and will typically be addressed within 24 hours. Supplies are provided sufficient for the number of registered guests. If additional cleaning or extra supplies are needed beyond the standard provision, guests may be asked to either supply these themselves or cover the cost for the additional service.
