Not sure why another family that has same size unit as ours in a different building and is paying much less than us in rent. They signed lease six months before we did in 2024.

Living here has been very frustrating. In just the last two months, we’ve had six water shutdowns, often lasting for hours. Twice last month the shutdowns came with only a last-minute email notice, and one day the water was cut off at 4 PM and didn’t return until 9 PM – with no prior notice at all.

On top of that, most of the appliances in the units are very old. They drive up electricity bills, and even after multiple requests, management has not been willing to replace or upgrade them.

For... the rent we pay, this level of service is unacceptable. Residents deserve reliable utilities, timely communication, and modern, efficient appliances – none of which are being provided here.

Ashton Brook apartments are spacious and well maintained. It has Kids play area, Swimming Pools, Gym and Tennis courts which gives everyone somethings to do. Staff is friendly and always eager to help. It is located in heart of cool springs area which gives access to Mall, Shopping stores, Grocery stores, Parks and other fun and adventure activities. It is zoned for best schools (Elementary, Middle and High).

Ashton Brook apartments are very well situated and everything is accessible within minutes.

Floor plan and move in experience was good.
But please check if everything is working within 1 day and report to management.
