I really enjoy calling Ashton Brook home. The new management team since last year has done a wonderful job—they host fun resident events and do a great job maintaining the property. Whenever an issue comes up, the team is quick to respond and resolve it. Very grateful for their hard work and great service!

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Ashton Brook Apartments in Franklin, Tennessee. The community is beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained. The apartments are comfortable, and the location is very convenient for shopping, restaurants, schools, and everything Franklin has to offer.
The management and maintenance teams are friendly, professional, and responsive whenever assistance is needed. I really appreciate how well the community is cared for and how welcoming the staff are.
Overall... , Ashton Brook is a great place to call home, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live in Franklin!

I have had a wonderful experience living at Ashton Brook Apartments. It is an excellent community with good management and a very welcoming atmosphere. The community is very well maintained, clean, and peaceful. It truly feels like home. I’m very happy to be part of such a great community and would definitely recommend Ashton Brook Apartments to others!

This apartment complex is a wonderful place to live. The neighborhood is great and feels very safe, making it easy to enjoy the outdoors—whether it’s taking walks, spending time with family, or just relaxing outside. It’s very family-oriented and located in a fabulous school district, which is a huge plus. On top of that, there’s excellent shopping and a wide variety of food options nearby, making everyday life convenient and enjoyable. Overall, it’s a comfortable, welcoming community that truly... feels like home.
