Very straightforward and everything fell into place perfectly. I had no issues with getting moved in and people here are friendly. Definitely one of the best apartments in town

The office staff certainly made me feel at home. They all were very accommodating in assisting me get my move on! And all this with a smile. It was as if they truly enjoyed their job at Chelsea Place.
The grounds are cleaned and well-maintained.i haven’t had the opportunity to walk the premises yet, but look forward to doing so within the week once settled.
The tenants? All walks of life. Respectful. Hopefully living their best lives. I think I’m going to enjoy living here.

Just moved into a different unit it’s a nice space and the balcony is an decent size… However the corners of the carpets are already lifting the drains aren’t draining properly and the ac stopped working the first day.

The community is clean and feel fresh every day. Everybody is minding their own business. The leasing agents are so friendly and helpful. They make you feel home whenever you need something.

The office staff here is out of this world! They walked me through each step patiently and answered all of my questions promptly. Any issues were resolved quickly. I love my new space and highly recommend this property.
