I have been in the home building and real estate business since 1987. I am the Principal Broker and owner of Georgia Evans Realty, LLC located in Smyrna, TN. I am a Certified Real Estate Broker, Certified Residential Specialist, a Certified New Home Specialist, am Residential Construction Certified, hold the designation as an E-Pro Realtor, GREEN Realtor and graduated with a GRI designation in real estate. I am also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors and Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. I have created and led many sales teams. I have trained countless agents who have gone on to become successful Realtors in and around Middle Tennessee. Whether on the seller's, or the buyer's side of the closing table, as of this writing, I have been involved in thousands of residential real estate transactions in my building and real estate career.
