You will need transportation to and from the house, but as it's located close to Ellington Parkway, it's a quick Uber ride to just about anywhere in the city.

Smoking is not allowed inside or within 25 feet of the property. A $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home. Quiet hours are to be respected by keeping outdoor noise levels down. Do not park in the yard or use the neighbor's driveway. Per Davidson County city ordinance, the principal renter must be at least 21 years old. No glitter or confetti is allowed. Do not use hair dye in the showers as it leaves stains. Do not play loud music after 9 pm. Do not attempt to sneak in extra guests, as this will result in additional charges.
