How Is This Rating Determined?

Not what it used to be

This place is nothing like it used to be. When I first moved in, there were different residents than there are now. Now it's trashy people who live here & why people are moving out. I am waiting for roaches to start appearing, that's how trashy these people are. 6 or more adults living in a two bed apt? Come on management, we've told you but you still won't do anything about it. Parking is bad now too, with the good spots taken up by people who don't live there. Very disappointed in how bad... things have gotten here.
