This is the worst apartment community I have ever lived in.

The move in experience could have been far better, you guys gave me a FILTHY apartment. Getting maintenance done could have been far better, I had a hard time getting anything done. The appliances are garbage (microwave sucks, garbage disposal sucks, fridge makes a loud bang now and again and is not the ice machine). The lock on the staircase in the alley of building 4 could be fixed to improve security. Everywhere in building 4... smells funny. The clubhouse pool cues have been without felt for like 8 months. Package management is a disaster, Amazon rarely delivers properly and you guys supposedly pulled a package for me and lost it.

Your office is open 4 days a week and you regularly close up shop early. You’re unavailable, unreliable, and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend anyone lives here.
