Very good place to live in. Cortland community parks are clean and well-maintained, making them great places for everyone to enjoy. The grass is trimmed, the pathways are clear, It’s nice to see how much effort is put into keeping the parks safe and beautiful. Clean parks encourage more people to visit and spend time outdoors. Thank you for taking care of these spaces for the community!

Maintenance has truly exceeded our expectations! Ozzy was fantastic in assisting us with our pest issue and fixing our door on October 25, 2024. He was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Additionally, we had someone come by on November 7, 2024, but unfortunately, we weren't home to catch their name. This wonderful person went above and beyond by bringing a heavy Amazon box upstairs for us, something we had been dreading for weeks. We were genuinely touched when we returned home to find it moved... upstairs, especially since they had only come to fix our microwave handle. Best after a long day at work surprise.

We would love it if you could find out who this kind individual was so we can express our gratitude. They truly made our day, and we want them to know how much we appreciate their thoughtfulness. Please let them know they rock!

Perfect location, beautiful and very clean park with walking path throughout the community. Plenty of kids and friendly people, excellent facilities and pools, but a little expensive!
