Lovely place to live. Like the Brownstone look of the buildings, with the Central Park like layout of the park where the kids go to play.

Worst services and apartment is not livable with pest issues and no proper AC Unit and these issues left unattended for 2 months now

Hi there,

We're saddened to hear this, but appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience.

We hope to address some of the concerns that you have mentioned. While we understand AC is critical in the summer heat, we do... sometimes have to wait for a deliver on a part. While your HVAC blower was replaced same day as your request, when you started facing a new issue and reported it, we addressed that timely as well. While your AC is working perfectly, we have ordered a full new HVAC system for your home and communicated that on the request you made last night. The new unit should arrive by tomorrow for install. However, please keep in mind that in 107 degree heat, your fan will not turn off while trying to cool your home to 70 degrees as it is set to. HVAC systems are designed to cool the home only 20 degrees less than the outside temperature. Given your AC is cooling to 70-77, this is amazing! Regardless, we will always help.

As for the pest issue that you have experienced, the best solution is still to sweep your floors or vacuum regularly. While Arrow Exterminators keeps treating your home and we have sealed any potential entry points, millipedes can happen during the summer as they too are seeking your cold AC to cool down from the outside heat.

Piles of trash everywhere

did a tour of this apartment and there is piles of trash everywhere. i would avoid renting here.

We're disheartened to hear your tour fell short of amazing. Please allow us to explain the perk of the front door trash service. We offer Monday through Friday trash pick up at your front door. While this does leave a bag or two of... household waste outside doors, it's only for a couple hours each morning as the team works to collect waste from all homes. This is a wonderful service that allows convivence to you and neighbors so you do not have to take time from your day to bring waste to the compactor. We would love to welcome you back and show the process so it's better understood as a perk and not a deterrent.

“I have had a great experience living here. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The maintenance team is responsive, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
