Canyon Springs is s very nice place to live. The office staff,and maintanance staff are very professional. This is a very safe apartment communizy and it is quiet. Also It is a drama free community.

I've lived here for 8 years and greatly enjoy the property's proximity to the Bull Creek Trail, high quality shopping and restaurant choices and helpfulness of the property management and maintenance staff.

It is a very comfortable space located in a a nice are with lots of nature around. I enjoy the peace and quiet here which is also conveniently close to stores and such that I need.

I have lived here for 4 years and love it. It’s clean, quiet and right by Bull Creek park hiking trails. What more could you ask for? The gym, pool and grounds are well maintained. The office staff is super friendly and get back to you asap. If this sounds like your place then come on over Nieghbor !
