The structure of the Canyon Springs property is unique: the location among trees, the "round" buildings, the double patios and garages, the "no exit" roadways to the garages (minimizing through traffic), all create a unique lay-out that has a special charm. Even the railings, with the curvature in the metalwork, and the curved stairways, are special. The architect was creative and practical.

The architecture is unique and quite elegant. Much thought went into the structure. The large trees were preserved, with real genius. The patios are delightful. The garages protect vehicles: from sun damage and theft. The management has been the most responsive to requests of any apartment complex where i have lived. The payment system keeps changing, and we are all adapting to it.

I love living here at Canyon Springs. The nature here and proximity to downtown is awesome! The complex is quiet and clean.

Maintenance is one of the best things of the Canyon Springs community. I have been here for 5 years and thanks to great maintenance, I stayed as long as I did. However, in the last 2 years, with the new management of Alexa (and Mellisha,) everything has improved exponentially.
Alexa has brought smiles (literally, a welcoming friendly smile and greeting when you walk in) and friendliness to the office; she has introduced little changes (but big to us), like email reminders as well as messages... left on our doors. The grounds have been spruced up with plants and flowers where the last management claimed there was no budget for landscaping. But for us tenants, even a little effort goes a long way. Last, but not least, requests and suggestions are received kindly and ALWAYS, with her unique and friendly SMILE.
