I have lived here for 4 years and love it. It’s clean, quiet and right by Bull Creek park hiking trails. What more could you ask for? The gym, pool and grounds are well maintained. The office staff is super friendly and get back to you asap. If this sounds like your place then come on over Nieghbor !

The structure of the Canyon Springs property is unique: the location among trees, the "round" buildings, the double patios and garages, the "no exit" roadways to the garages (minimizing through traffic), all create a unique lay-out that has a special charm. Even the railings, with the curvature in the metalwork, and the curved stairways, are special. The architect was creative and practical.

The architecture is unique and quite elegant. Much thought went into the structure. The large trees were preserved, with real genius. The patios are delightful. The garages protect vehicles: from sun damage and theft. The management has been the most responsive to requests of any apartment complex where i have lived. The payment system keeps changing, and we are all adapting to it.
