Hardrock Canyon is a great "home community" located in a good area of the city. Unfortunately, ever since Randall's grocery store closed, we have only one major grocery store close by (HEB). However, we have several bus lines connecting our community with the rest of Austin, and this is great!! We also have a great office team and a great maintenance team that respond promptly when problems arise. Thank you!!

This is a professionally friendly and safe community located in an area of Austin which is served by four different bus lines!. This is wonderful for someone like me who does not have a car and often needs to walk. Thank you!!

I love the neighborhood and the neighbors. My apartment view is amazing and everything is just wonderful but unfortunately over the nine years I’ve lived here. Appliances are rundown, and the place needs an upgrade.

Honestly the apartment and the complex is great. The staff and business practices make it so difficult to live here. Astronomical renewal rates, random and frequent inspections, the vehicle station literally never working, I could honestly go on. The literal saving grace of this community is just a gas stove.

Regarding the vehicle station, we are currently working toward a solution, with a new vacuum pending installation. We understand the... frustration of having an amenity unavailable and are working to get it operational as soon as possible.
As for inspections and renewal rates, these are part of our standard community operations and are handled in accordance with applicable policies and market conditions.
