Great apartment community with friendly staff, clean grounds, responsive maintenance, and excellent amenities. The location is convenient, neighbors are respectful, and management is professional.!!!!

I want to give a special shoutout to Leslie and her Maintenance Team for making my experience at PTC genuinely great. Anytime I've had an issue, the response has been prompt, professional, and handled with real care. Leslie sets the tone from the top, and it shows in how her whole team operates. This is the kind of management that makes a real difference in where you choose to live. Highly recommend.

I honestly worry about younger people moving here. The office staff was aggressive toward me. I am old, less likely to be upset, but it was difficult to navigate.

I really enjoy the apartment complex! It’s clean quiet and feels very safe. The gyms are nice but could do with some updates as well as the outdoor pool TV, there is no way to turn it on. I enjoy the community events a lot. Hoping there’s more soon.

I have enjoyed living here. I like my apartment and the friends I've made here. The staff is friendly and helpful. My dog Luna and I walk the trails every day
