I believe we are going on 8 years here now. The trails and the surrounding area are positively gorgeous. I also appreciate the location. I always recommend the preserve to friends and folks looking for a quintessential austin community with nice amenities.

The apartments are nice - the rooms are quite spacious but the community area is very dimly lit. It should have more street lights. The management is friendly.

This is a comfortable, friendly, clean place to live. The apartments may be old, but are kept up to date adequately. I have enjoyed my 21-month stay here and counting!

Great community. Only annoyance would be the noisy upstairs neighbors. Put in several complaints but nothing has changed, unfortunately. Overall beautiful community woth great office staff.
