Have been super happy with this complex being a fairly long time resident. The complex is quiet, crime isn’t bad, and neighbors are respectful. I will say since the freezes a few years ago it seems as though water is shut off to the property on average once a month which is becoming a bit of a nuisance. There have been several days the past year where I had to go without showering or wash with body cloths and it was awfully inconvenient. I understand the complex is good about communication but... not hang having running water as often as we do is a fundamental and basic issue that I would love to experience less frequently.

It's been such a great experience from when I first toured the property, my move in experience, and then any maintenance requests I've had. It's such a warm environment and I really feel like I've found my home.

My husband and I have loved living at The Preserve. We fell in love with the location and the administration has been very efficient and helpful with any questions we had over our two years here. Many great memories. We will be moving into a home at the end of the month, but would recommend The Preserve to anyone!

I just moved into the Preserve at the end of November. I am enjoying the location and being so close to all the trails! I really enjoy being able to talk my dog for walks along the trail that goes along the perimeter of the property!

I've lived in this community for a year and a half, and it has genuinely been the best living experience I've ever had! The staff are wonderful, there's always events happening and the living spaces/amenities are excellent! I tell everyone I know to move here and so far I've convinced 2 people :)
