PTC is great! It has a few hiccups: the dishwasher is awful and the app to open/close doors completely sucks, but the community is truly luxurious: the pool and fitness center are the best I've ever seen, the dog park is phenomenal, and it has it's own trail system. It's a quiet, upscale, and most importantly SAFE community, and one of the best in south Austin and the best in the Oak Hill area.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed living here so far. The move in has been very easy and smooth. I appreciate Jay and the office staff for being welcoming and warm. The amenities are very nice. My dog and I love the trails and dog park.

Good amenities, location, and peaceful living experience overall. Management was previously awful, but there has been a big turnover in staff in the past few months and since then management of the property has been much better. However, there are several inconvenient things that come with living here still. It is quite annoying to be required to pay for valet trash and fetch despite personally having no use for either service and to have to register vehicles and guest’s cars every time they... visit in fear of getting towed. I don’t know any other complex that has this towing policy and it is incredibly inconvenient and predatory, as even I as a resident had my vehicle towed at one point.

Awful property management here and I've lived at some questionable complexes before. Move here if you want poor staff response to issues regarding maintenance problems, your vehicle being improperly towed and overall negligence to reoccurring problems.
