Meeting Ryan for our tour was a great start for getting to know about Tree Apartments. He was really laid back, friendly, helpful and professional. We liked the big swimming pool and gym with plenty of fitness equipment. The property is well kept and nicely landscaped and yes, it has great trees! The apartment we chose has a great layout, design and flow which makes it very easy to live in. We are definitely happy that we chose to live here!

I recently used the clubhouse for a get together, and our friends kept commenting how beautiful the space was. I really appreciate having a nice area available like that, and was proud to call it our home. It really made for the perfect day!

The property is nice and everyone in the leasing office is nice but the lack of urgency in maintenance requests is concerning to say the least. Get more help or organize your work orders better. And whoever responds to requests emails learn spell check button. Nothing says "I couldn't care less" like a hastily worded response to a legitimate stress inducing maintenance email.

Just relocated from CA and aside from the heat we are so happy. Visited for the first time a few months ago and came across Tree, it just felt like home should. So excited for this new chapter. The amenities are awesome and we are just happy to be out of crazy California culture of astronomical prices for barely the bare minimum.
