I have recently moved to tree in march of 2025 and I have had a very positive experience! The location is great and the prices are well worth what you get in ATX, community is very old school Austin (I'm a born and raised local) and the management team is helpful and responsive.

I lived in Tree apartments for 3 years from 2023 through 2025. I found this community to be a lovely home and location. I was located on the unique front overhang to the entrance of the property which offered a great view of the city, privacy from neighbors and an easy up and down for my dog. The management staff has always been a pleasure to work with and resolve any issues with urgency and empathy. The maintenance requests are handled almost immediately and with friendly service.
Finding an... apartment in Austin can be difficult and challenging. I am glad I ended up here for three years and would highly recommend this place to others!

No complaints! Unit is spacious and clean, water heater is 10/10, and the leasing processes was fairly painless. The location is great and the price is reasonable

apartment is okay, management has gotten better since Aaron joined. There are things broken that take a long time to fix like the trash shoot or the garage gate. the pool is nice.
