The property may not be occupied by more than four people who are unrelated by blood, adoption, or marriage, with exception of children related to an occupant. The fifth bedroom will only be open for groups of 10+ guests. The fireplace is inoperable. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No street parking is allowed due to city parking regulations. The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway.
