Beautiful community with an amazing team. The maintenance staff are quick to resolve any work orders submitted. The office team is phenomenal and has top notch customer service. I highly recommend Alys to anyone looking for a townhome style living experience.

Spacious garage

I really like that every unit had a garage it makes it easier to store all my junk also that the garage is inside ur unit making it easy to get to. I also really like using the sauna after the gym it’s a nice touch to just get an extra sweat. Nice units would recommend.

Great Property!

I’ve loved being here at Alys! the neighbors are great and the maintenance always responds promptly! the office staff have been nothing but accommodating and nice! highly recommend!

No families

Parking is issue here. All extra parking spots are always occupied. My unit smelled bad on first day I am still trying to make manager understand that there is something called as deep cleaning. Blinds are old. Internet providers names are strange. No Verizon, att and fibre connections here so be careful before booking that you have to be on long calls with local provider who mostly don’t know anything about internet :)

Worst place to live

This place will tell you one thing then end up charging you for extra services. You cannot trust what you are getting with this place. We were showed pictures and told one thing to move into something different. Look elsewhere. Run from this place.
