Maintenance Issues Resolved to Bare Minimum I submitted a maintenance rewuest for water pooling up under the floor outside my bathroom and in the space beind my air filter. It had pooled upand spread so badly that tbe carpet in my room and closet were wet...some show boxes in my closet were even wet from the carpet. Originally I was told that my issue didn't equate to an emergency, but they did come quickly after all. They stopped whatever issue from the air conditioner that was causing the... leak and water pooling up...mind you I'd submitted three different previous requests telling them something was going on with the sir and each time they came and went shortly after arriving with the air never cooling past 74 degrees...but they did not address, and still have not addressed, what will be done about the carpet that is still damp days later and now has a mildew smell in my closet! There's a wide visible water spot in my bedroom that they just ignored! They didn't even tell us they'd fixed the leak...they just left without saying anything.
