Bad Maintenance, Terrible Communication I've been waiting for 11 days and counting for the maintenance crew to even look at my broken washer. I only reach a human being maybe once in every 10 attempts to call, and I only keep being told to expect a call back that never comes except for one call received from the manager, in which she told me to expect them to come that day. Nobody ever showed up. I'm still completely in the dark on the status of the request, and nobody seems to know anything.

Rent experience Living here over4 years has been great. Employees very attentive, friendly and professional. Maintenance employees are very detailed and attentive. Awesome place to live here.

Poor service Does not answer calls and has not returned my calls several times. It took one month to replace a broken dryer in my son’s apartment

I would not recommend San Cierra Luxury Apartments to anyone. My experience has been marked by ongoing maintenance issues, poor property upkeep, inconsistent policy enforcement, and a management team that seems more focused on collecting fees than resolving resident concerns.

Over the course of my tenancy, I have had to send numerous emails regarding maintenance problems and concerns about the condition of the property. Many issues required repeated follow-ups,... and some were not addressed with the urgency they deserved. For the amount residents pay in rent, basic maintenance and communication should not be a constant battle.

The property grounds are frequently not maintained to the standard one would expect from a community that markets itself as “luxury.” Residents are expected to uphold community standards, yet management appears unwilling or unable to consistently maintain those same standards throughout the property.

The final straw was a recent towing incident involving my guests. I attempted to register their vehicles for visitor parking, only to discover that the account I had previously established was suddenly inaccessible and showed no record of my information. As a result, my guests’ vehicle was towed, creating a significant financial burden and unnecessary stress. Management has shown little concern for the inconvenience caused.

What is particularly troubling is the apparent inconsistency in how community policies are enforced. Rules seem to apply differently depending on the situation, which creates frustration and leaves residents feeling unfairly targeted. Policies should be enforced fairly and consistently across the board, not selectively.

Residents deserve responsive management, timely maintenance, clear communication, and fair treatment. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at San Cierra Luxury Apartments.
