Vinimos a visitar la comunidad espontáneamente, ya que mi sobrina tenía muchas ganas de ver una unidad aquí, ya que tiene amigos que viven aquí. La agente de arrendamiento, Shera, fue muy amable y servicial. Mi hermano no habla muy bien inglés, y ella pudo ayudarme con un traductor cuando tuve algunas preguntas. Buscamos una fecha más adelante. Volveremos.

I had such a genuinely good experience at Vineyards Apartments. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Manager is amazing, her communication is clear, professional, and she truly takes the time to answer any questions. You can feel the positive energy as soon as you step into the office, and that says a lot about the community. I would absolutely recommend Vineyards to anyone looking for a place.

Hicieron un cobro indebido ya que colocaron una multa por basura que no me correspondía ya que no estaba en la propiedad y la manager manifiesta que tenía que estar pendiente de la basura que colocaran en mi puerta, yo pago para vigilar tambien mi puerta!

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We uphold community policies that specify designated time periods for leaving trash cans out. This helps reduce unnecessary litter and maintain the cleanliness of our site.

Horrible staff unwilling to take responsibility for staff and the mistakes they make. Trash all over grounds and stained smelly halls they do not clean. They turn in disgusting apartments and do not offer solutions to fix their mistakes.

On 12/15/23 My tires were stolen while being parked in the gated complex . This is my first negative experience while living here within the last 10 months (aside from the pool not always being open in the summer and the gym at times being a mess - minor things)I’m not sure how often it happens in this complex but when I reported it they did say there isn’t anything they can do per Maria aside from taking note of it with the files police report. I’d recommend getting on the wait list for a... garage. When I moved in I was told it was pretty long wait I’m not sure if this is still the case but would highly recommend it.

While we can't prevent crime from happening, we do take steps to promote preventative... measures. We never want our residents to experience crime at home, or anywhere else. We are in touch with local authorities when crime occurs either at our community or in the area.
