Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12 or more guests. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Full disclosure of the number of people on the property at any time is required, with security camera verification to comply with local laws and policies. A noise alert device is installed in the home to measure decibels and send alerts if reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
