Santa Fe Ranch Apartments

Just started renting here and it’s been a nightmare since touring. Initially loved the place because of the location but no one on staff knows or cares about their quality of work. They also fail to take accountability for their lack of communication and false advertising. The Property Manager hides and makes his front office take the bulk of the complaints. Buildings are falling apart. Parking lot has large pot holes. Tenets are aggressive about covered parking spots they don’t pay for. Trash... is always present due to trash valet, attracting bugs and small critters and can stop at any time. A woman warned us not to rent here but we had already signed a lease. The gym has no working doors and had to be propped open with a large rock. Swimming pool has algae growing and dirt accumulating. They have all the fees and for what? Poorly managed property. Worst choice I ever made the list of issues with this place is ridiculous the apartment I applied for wasn’t ready I wasn’t notified so on my move in day was a surprise took them over two hours for them to find me a new unit which ended up being smaller and cost more I should have left then but my movers where on site maintenance team is a joke management has switch 3 different times since my lease and they have a lot of hidden fees oh yea Roach problem big time

Seriously, good luck trying to leave. The management triple charged me on various fees for water and trash after I moved out with the property manager non-existent in the office, always “out to lunch” or “booked up” the rest of the day if you wait for him to return.

Pest control does absolutely nothing to control roaches getting in the ground floor, and feel free to ignore any emails saying there’s a fine for junk or trash on balconies, either everyone’s paying it or nobody is.
