As an urban property, some city noise (trains, buses, traffic, construction, etc.) is to be expected. No smoking or open flames are allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 charge, possible cleaning fees, and a $500 ozone treatment. No parties or events are allowed. Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. An extra fee of $50 per person or pet, per night, will be charged for any not declared on your reservation. Late check-out will incur a charge of $75 for every 30 minutes beyond the 10:00 AM check-out time.
