Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside or anywhere on the property, with a $500 fee for violations. A quick background check is required for the primary guest. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee, and a $50.00/hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10 AM or the agreed-upon check-out time. No shoes should be worn inside the home, especially on carpeted areas. No pets are allowed, and evidence of pets will result in a $150.00 fine. An additional $100 surcharge per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests, with a maximum of 4 people staying in the unit. Guests will be charged for any damaged/lost/stolen personal property or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up.
