They do not care about their tenants at all and have no sense of urgency. The AC and heat break down all the time as well as the elevators. The parking lot gate hasn’t worked properly in over a year , cars have been broken into. The police had to be called because of dangerous people coming into the building. I will not be renewing my lease here

Love this place & the people!

I had previously worked here & had the choice of continuing to live in the building or leave -and I chose to stay because I love it so much.

Not many people realize how tough it can be for a smaller staff to manage such a large property & although things can get hectic at times, especially through construction, the team is truly so hardworking & understanding.
Construction is almost a lose-lose situation - you either have to deal with it while it’s happening or... have an outdated place. But, it’s been so worth it because the newly renovated building & amenities are AMAZING.

Most importantly, I want to give the biggest shoutout to the maintenance manager, Kyle. He knows this property like no other & is always right there to help me when it’s needed. I cannot count on both hands, or even fifteen hands, how many people I’ve heard praise him for how great he is. Read More

Overall has been great, the area, people, security, and staff.This is a great place to live and call home. Only downfall is our Anazon Drivers (God Bless them).

Enjoy the location, but the remodel has created bugs and insects within apt. As well as my patio being moved around, the noise, the parking,and breaking my gate. (the construction crew). So yes, wheres the inconvenience package? An extra hundred dollars up on renewal... Wooohoooo

The location of the complex is extremely great - lots to do and lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The noise level of my personal apartment is close to none despite being in a busy area and I can't really hear my neighbors through the walls either, which is a plus. The apartment itself is very nice, and the parking garage is great since there is always parking available on my level. The responsiveness of the staff is great. I highly recommend Bell Lancaster!
