Living with homeless
Do not live here unless you are okay living with homeless people. I found a homeles person living in the club house and complained about it but nothing was ever done about and the homeless person continues to live in the clubhouse during night hours and leaves early morning. Theres homeless people who camped out by the garage, the trash valets are dirty and just throw your trash bags over the balcony and drop trash all over the exits leaving glass dangerously in the streets. The gate by the pool... is unlocked so no security whatsover, can easily get into the building, found another homeless person in the bathroom the other day. Expect to hear loud noises from the bars from wednesday-sunday, and drunk people who pee on the bushes by the apartment entrance. Do yourself a favor and dont live here!

Please be assured that your well-being and peace of mind are our top priorities, and we continually review the measures we have in place to support those efforts. We recently installed pin-code... doorknob locks on the 2nd floor doors leading to the clubroom and the business center to restrict access to residents only, and we are at work to hire a courtesy officer to engage in community patrols. We have also followed up with our valet trash contractor to ensure proper policies are followed, and our common access doors are checked regularly to ensure they remain functional.
