The apartments are more than I expected, clean and organized. The gyms, pools, offices, all the social spaces are wonderful. Our apartment is very clean and modern, very welcoming.

The apartment complex itself is nice. The problem is that the service isn't. The communication here has never been strong. Something will be broken but it's not communicated to us. Or something will happen (like an 8 hour shutdown due to a suspicious package where the bomb squad shows up) and they will never explain it to us. No transparency or respect for those who live here. And there is always something broken that takes too long to get fixed - things that effect everyday life like the... elevator being down for days (or weeks) or the Luxer package pickup machine not working for days or the fire alarms going off all night long. It is always something here. Sometimes I stop and ask, "what exactly are we paying them for?"

The staff and the maintenance crew have all been super helpful and friendly as we’ve moved in. Apartment is great. My family loves it and my son has already made some friends playing soccer by HEB.
