The front office staff is awesome!! Very nice and helpful! they have gone out of their way to make moving in so easy! The location is perfect and has been very clean!

A large potion of my hallway access outside wall was removed almost two months ago, after a frozen pipe break in an apartment a few apartments away. It was replaced with some thin plastic. To date (March 24) it has not been replaced with dry wall. This has caused my apartment to be cold when the weather gets cold, or get overly warm when the weather is hot. This has caused my electric bill to explode. Also, this thin plastic does not prevent rodents (rats) from entering the walls.
In addition,... the security gates/doors that should limit access to this area don’t lock, so non-residents can just walk right into this area. This has been this way for almost two years.

Thank you for your message. The hallway walls are currently covered with plastic due to the winter storm leaks, and we’ve been waiting on insurance approval to move forward. We are happy to share that the repairs have now been approved and will begin... this week.
The gates and door control panel were damaged by a lightning strike, as noted in our previous community update. We are actively working to get the system repaired.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused—especially with temperature changes, increased electric usage, and the impact of the exposed wall and gate issues. Please feel free to reach out if you need anything else.

Good place to rent, next to major routes. HEB, main event, restaurants, urgent care, hospitals walkable frisco downtown. Elementary and high school in walkable distance.
