This apartment is perfect. Great location and a great floor plan and the staff is great. I've never had a single problem in the almost two years that I've been here.

Extremely professional and helpful management and staff. The maintenance team is very professional, prompt, and thorough. It’s a great location with lots of amenities and resort like landscaping. Close to boutique shopping, Botanical gardens, Colonial golf course, Will Rogers Stadium and Dickie’s Arena. Highly recommend living here.

I think the best decision I made when I moved to Fort Worth to live is to have rented an apartment at what is now Broadstone On Trinity. The location, for my purposes, could not be better. I think the cost is reasonable and the staff is responsive and having a garage is very rare and is very important to me.

Move in was easy, package delivery of necessary furnishings was excellent, leasing staff were always friendly and helpful. Location in the city is excellent. Our apartment was delivered freshly painted and any minor issues noted after move-in were resolved within 24 hours. Looking forward to the time in our lease and hopefully even longer-
