Do not lease over here. The apartments has roaches and are not been taken care of before even we move. There were nails lying around in the bedroom on the mat which could hurt anyone. Avoid this apartment

I have lived at Inwood on the Park for more than 20 years and have never had any major problems. I have recommended it to several people.

I did not like my experience at all. It is the cheapest option in the area, but I’d rather pay more than live in this terrible location.

This is a nice apartment to stay in. However, we would expect that overall communication on the part of the management and staff would improve. Communication should not be restricted to only digital means such as apps and emails. Human intervention is also necessary. Technology can complement human efforts. Technology should not replace human. Thanks...
