DO NOT RENT HERE. I gave it 5 stars when I moved in 2024 because they asked for reviews (and Foster is super nice- the only helpful person at Larq) but it’s a solid 2 and dropping. *Update: it’s now 1 star, if I could give it zero I would. There are not really any redeeming things about this place to me anymore- it has a lot of lipstick on it but its not managed or built well. biggest 2 bummers are the manager Eric and the VERY THIN WALLS AND CEILINGS. I can hear everything. All the time. I can... sing along to the song being played next door and I can count the upstairs neighbors steps. Even at 2:30am. The squeaky floor boards in the ceiling are the cherry on top. Your car/your guests cars will get broken into and/or randomly towed. I, my guests, and neighbors have all experienced this. I have been a tenant at Larq Henderson formally alexan Henderson going on 3 years. My experience since the company transitioned to larq Henderson has been horrible. The area has become unsafe including the safety of the apt buildings doors and gates are always broken and cars are always being broken into. The upkeep of the building is not up to par, hallways and areas surrounding buildings are always dirty with trash and people leaving their doggie bags filled with poop. Maintance request are... ignored constantly and sometimes takes weeks for them to respond. There has been several incidents in the building where my neighbors have had parties and their guest have run ramped through the building banging on people’s doors and trying to force their way in putting everyone in the building safety at risk, till this day management has never addressed the issue. Most Recent incident police had a shoot out with a suspect and one of the bullets entered my neighbors window a few doors down from me. Some neighbors are inconsiderate you can hear literally everything and sometimes they party until 4/5 in the mornings the time I’m getting up for work. I have made several noise complaints through email and verbally/ face to face and nothing has been done! I would not recommend larq Henderson due to the lack of concern from management on addressing cleanliness, safety and the overall satisfaction for their tenants I will not be renewing my lease here. No security or cameras in the parking garage. My car has been broken into twice. Need more cameras

Dog park smells like poop all the time. The gym needs to be cleaned professionally. Gym wipes are always out. The pool in the summer is absolutely crazy. Music is too loud and makes it possible to be in your apartment on Saturdays.

The location and building are good, but the rent in this area is sky rocketing
