Location is very convenient ! you are in the center of everything . Nothing is too far or too close. I l enjoy being able to walk to nearby places.

You get an assigned parking spot at no extra cost, you don't have to worry about finding a parking spot. It's literally across the street from the grocery store, the convenience and location are perfect! The mall is 5 minutes away.

I did not want to resort to this, but here I am. Management here is terrible. It was terrible when I lived here last year and hasn’t changed and is still terrible. I had numerous issues when I lived here. First, security issues that were never addressed properly. People were breaking into my car, and my mail box. All the complex offered to do was change my mail box locks, which the lock was being picked, so a lot of good that did. They have no type of security cameras and the gates are a joke.... People give out the gate code. I then had A/C issues and it started to leak into my bathroom ceiling and cause black mold to grow. I had to ask management multiple times to fix the issues and they told me there wasn’t black mold present, which was a lie. This is when I decided to pay to break my lease. Now almost a year later I apply to get an apartment and am being denied because of alleged month of rent I didn’t pay in the first few months I lived at this complex. I was told I had a debt in collections, again a lie. I called the collections agency and they have no account for me or my co-signer. I then call the new management to prove false claims have been made against my rental history and they are refusing to work with me on settling this. They are holding my rental history hostage until I pay in full on a false claim. I am going to end up homeless because I am not able to rent another place until we come to an agreement and they are completely unwilling to compromise even tho I have proved these claims are false. Great location. Easy access to uptown without paying uptown prices. Very quiet community

I've lived in Madison for about 6 months. I came in after the renovation however, my apartment is one of the few without a w/d in unit which is a little frustrating. Maintenance is usually quick but it did a month to get my hot water working which in the summer isn't so bad but still something that is a little jarring especially upon first move in. The past few months it has gotten worse. I don't know if it is the caliber of people moving in but now there is garbage and pet waste everywhere!!... The gates are usually malfunctioning which as a single female lends itself to some discomfort. My biggest issue is the fact that it took 6 months to get my number entered into the system and now ( one of the main reasons I chose the place) the fitness center is office hours only; not to big of a deal if you don't have a job but for those of us who work it is really frustrating and one of the reasons I may look for other places after my lease is up.

Overall, management does an adequate job but could definitely use some improvement in getting things addressed in a timely manner, especially if those things are offered as amenities to residents. Read More
