Poor Management
I’ve been living in this apartment community for over 6 years and used to truly love it here — it felt like home. Unfortunately, everything changed when the management recently switched. The new team is unhelpful, dismissive, and downright rude. Any time I’ve needed assistance or had a concern, they’ve shown no willingness to help or even listen.
It’s incredibly disappointing to see how far the quality of service has fallen. After years of being a happy resident, I now find myself counting down... the days until my lease ends. Thankfully, there are plenty of brand-new, well-managed apartment options in the neighborhood — and I can’t wait to make the move.
Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
