This Briscoe will forever be the reason I read reviews on “luxury apartment” complexes in the future. Never been so disappointed or let down with a place out of the 6 apartment complexes I’ve lived in in my almost 20 years in Dallas.

The Briscoe is a nice, luxurious apartment complex. Although it was the worst leasing experience I’ve ever had, as far as signing my lease and keeping me informed. The communication should be better and new residents should not have to call or present themselves to remind staff of requests.

One of the BEST apartment complexes in the Dallas area. The apartments are extremely spacious and well kept. The rent is very reasonable and the community is really quiet. The only issue that I have is the parking is extremely limited. But, I’m really enjoying my experience here at The Briscoe and I’m looking forward to all the great things to come.
