The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool is not heated. Two security cameras are installed outside for security. Pest control service is monthly, and you might encounter wildlife in the yard. High-speed Wi-Fi is available, but there is no cable. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max.
