This Fall my family experienced a major health challenge; we had a hospital stay of 62 days and renewal came up, the management was amazing and patient with giving us time also they put in safety bars and cleaned the hvac system. For this I see how far their hearts go for their tenants

The staff at Overlook Crest are absolutely amazing. They are quick to respond to requests for help or maintenance. And Jorge is just the best. He has helped me in so many ways with things I am unable to do now that I’m a senior. I give the whole staff 1000 stars!

The amenities and maintenance staff are great. If you need something fixed it gets done in a timely manner and correctly the first time. The main issue is with communicating with the front desk, and how they talk to you. I would prefer to figure something out on my own than “talk” with them half the time.

The office staff were really nice. The welcome folder was very helpful and explained well. Cleaning and carpet missed the mark, but it has not been a bad experience moving in.
