The new ladies in the office have changed the apartments so much in the last few months. All of my problems are always taken care of fast and the pool was finally open this summer!

I came today for a tour that I SCHEDULED and had an APPOINTMENT for. I’m waiting for 30 minutes as the agent is yapping to a WALK-IN! She basically said my appointment didn’t matter and that she was going to continue her conversation. Also the pool is VERY dirty. It’s nearly June and it’s not safe to swim in AT ALL.

I have lived here for a couple of years, and it seems to have really gone down hill over the past year or so. Pest control wasn’t good, but at least seems to have gotten under control recently, but I’ve thought that before. Hard to get ahold of staff at times, and I’ve gotten to where I just walk to the office if I have problems. We have a gate, but seems to be broken or stuck open a lot. I’ve seen several dumpster divers during my time here as well. Also seems over priced due to the conditions.... My rent has gone up over $200 since I’ve moved in. I’ve also had my car towed due to the parking situation, despite never receiving any notice that I needed a sticker to park inside the apartment complex.

Apartment unfairly charges you, I’ve had my car towed due to their own fault and negligence. There are cockroaches, the renovations were poorly done. The management has gone downhill since moving in. No one ever answers the phones.

This property advertises a pool but I lived there for 13 months and the pool was open for about 1 month.
The pest control was also poor.
