A strict no-party policy is enforced, with Ring Cameras monitoring the entrance and noise detectors installed inside. Any party activity will result in police intervention and immediate eviction without refunds. Unauthorized guests at the unit or pool will incur a $100 fine per person, and a $1000 fine will be charged if a party is discovered or a neighbor complains of excessive noise. Smoking, drug, and vape use is prohibited inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building, with a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10 pm to 8 am. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and pass a background check, providing a valid government ID. Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sundays. Any guest checking out beyond 12:00 PM is subject to a $300 penalty and immediate expulsion. Pets over 50 lbs are not allowed. Visitors are generally not permitted without prior notification. An additional cleaning request during your stay costs $150.00. Guests will be charged for excessive mess, stained or damaged sheets and towels, and a $10 charge applies if face towels are stained. Extra towels and sheets are not provided. Packages and mail are not allowed to be sent to the property address. A $600 penalty applies for lost or damaged keys, clickers, fobs, or parking permits, and a $500 penalty for lockout assistance. Altering any safety device, including the security camera pointing at the door entrance, will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. Repairs may occur without prior notice and cannot be used as a reason for a refund. Los pasillos del edificio estan en muy mal aspecto, muy sucios y abandonados, deberian ser limpios, pulidos y agradables. El unico pasillo limpio es el primero cerca de las oficinas los demas parecen pisos de la calle, el piso es color marron y esta blanco de tanta tierra

I’ve lived at Cortland Legacy for 6 months. I like the locked doors, parking garage, pool and area with grill. The gym is updated and there’s always available equipment. The maintenance staff do a good job keeping the place looking good and fixing issues if you call them. I would absolutely recommend living here. It’s really quiet and the secure doors are nice.

I've been with Courtland Legacy for almost 3 years I love it here, the hallways are kept very clean which is a major plus and the grounds are well maintained. The Office Staff and Maintenance is always so courteous, friendly and professional and maintenance request are take care of immediately. The community is very quiet and I like that I am minutes away from tons of restaurants, shopping and easy access to the Highways. There's always parking close to my unit and the garage is always clean. If... you're looking for a Home and not a house, Courtland is the place to be.

When I came here last year, it felt like things were in a great spot. Since then, there’s been a decline of service that has gone downhill. Maintenance and pest control have been extremely helpful, but I’ve had an ongoing issue that has yet to be resolved. For that reason, it will be hard for me to stay in this complex or any complex under Cortland.
