Home away from home

I recently moved into Berkshire 3 months ago and it has truly been a home away from home. I am so happy that I chose this complex as my home. Everyone is so nice. It is safe, always kept clean and it is within walking distance of Frisco Square. Moving from out of state, I wanted to make sure I found the perfect place and I can truly say that I did. I have not had any issues since moving here. I highly recommend this complex!

Run, don’t walk…away

I’ve lived here for six months and have had numerous issues, all ignored by the on-site staff, and unable to reach the management company. If you want water leaking from your smoke detectors, nasty odor from the hallways, and registered cars being towed this is the place for you. Otherwise, there are many better options in Frisco.

I haven't been here for a month yet but everything has just been great. I feel safe which is very important , and I know of I have any concerns I can count on Oryin. She's the best....not downplaying anyone else. She's just the one I know is all.

Go somewhere else

I tried to be patience for over 2 months. But the consistent smell of weed don’t stop. I made MANY complains to the office but they do NOTHING! So, before signing a lease for a year think it TWICE.
