Steer Clear!!!!

Steer clear of this place. They will sell you on luxury when it's anything but luxury. The buildings are falling down and the management is useless. There is trash everywhere, not to mention, a huge rat infestation. If you walk at night beware of huge rats running all over the place. If a resident moves out they essentially put lipstick on a pig to make it look like a gem. It's far from a gem. Once you move out be prepared for a bunch of unnecessary charges even when you left the unit better... than when you moved in. If you want to spend your well earned money on luxury or even a nice place to call home, this is not your place. Proceed with caution because the great customer service during the evaluation phase quickly goes away once you sign and lease or give your notice to move.

Great location, needs a refresh

Great location but the property needs significant maintenance and there is major pest control problems. All the extra administrative fees and extra charges are excessive.
