The fifth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8+ guests, the one with bunk beds. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed at the property. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. The hot tub is out of service.
