We submitted our maintenance request at around 8pm for the AC not working properly. The maintenance person came right when they open at 10am. It only took him about 10 minutes to fix it. One of the reasons we love it here is the staff and the care they take for the entire community.

I have been with Grapevine TwentyFour 99 for four months now, and they have thoroughly met my expectations. The staff is always kind and caring and attentive to the needs of myself and my family. The communication here is very clear and prompt. The grounds keepers, to the maintenance are always helpful. This has honestly been my best experience with an apartment community.

We have lived here going on 4yrs. Everything has been wonderfully great. We even transferred apts within 2499. Since we made the move. We have been dissatisfied with neighbors pointing fingers. Maintenance has not been on top of their game. We continue to be on the positive side of things but our hopes and dreams are dissappearing.
