A guest sign-in form is required after booking for screening purposes. Vehicle registration is required the same day as check-in to avoid towing. No pets are allowed, with a $200 fine for violations unless they are a service animal. Additional trash bags over the allowed two per checkout will incur a $25 charge per bag. If a key/key fob is not returned or is damaged, there will be a $25 fee for a new key and $75 for a new key fob. A lost or unreturned parking pass will incur a $50 fee.
