Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. No parties or large unauthorized gatherings are allowed. A noise alert device has been installed to measure decibels and send alerts if reasonable noise levels are exceeded. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12+ guests. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. Plenty of body towels are offered, but guests are welcome to bring their own pool towels.
